Second Phase of (SDLC) Software Development Life Cycle – Part 2 is Analysis Phase.

Analysis Phase:

Roles Involved:
  • Middle Level Management
  • High Level Management
  • BA & Project Manager

All the above roles will participate in a meeting and perform below activities:

  • Feasibility Study
  • Technology Selection
  • Resource Plan
  • Hardware & System Plan

 

Feasibility Study:

Feasible means it is possible or not.

  • The above roles will analyze all the requirements & check whether it is feasible to develop, test and deliver to the client or not.
  • If it is possible to develop then how many days it will take to develop all the requirements will be analyzed here.
  • If it is not possible to develop then they will inform it to the client.

 

Technology Selection:

The list of technologies like Java, .Net, PHP, Oracle, Selenium etc. are required to develop, test the project will be described here.

 

Resource Plan:

The list of resources like Developers, Test engineers, Designers etc. are required for the project delivery will describe here.

 

Hardware & Software Plan:

The list of Desktops, Laptops, iOS devices, Android devices, printers etc. with related software and versions which required for the project will be described here.

All the above descriptions will be documented in a document called Project Plan.

The Project Plan document will be sent to the client also.

The Output Document of this Analysis Phase is Project Plan.

    Awesome work, I do appreciate this insightful job on SDLC…this work is professional, leading the path to novice and professional as well, avoiding shortcut in the process .
